Shipping policy

TRUCKROVER ships worldwide through secure checkout. Standard shipping is $19.99 for US and Canada and $49.99 for International destinations. Every order with at least one item receives an automatic 100% shipping discount, so shipping is free. No delivery-time commitment is made unless support confirms it in writing before payment.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 21–28 days after purchase; carrier or customs delays can extend that window, and tracking becomes the best estimate once the order ships.

Optional TRUCKROVER Shipping Protection is a store-backed service, not third-party insurance. When selected and paid for, it provides priority review for documented package loss or damage in transit. An approved claim may be resolved with a replacement of the affected item or a refund of that item's purchase price, at the store's discretion and subject to inventory.

Protection claims must be submitted within seven calendar days of the carrier's delivery scan or stated expected-delivery date. Keep all packaging and provide the order number, photos of damage, and carrier information.

The Mystery Gift is a surprise TRUCKROVER extra. Its exact item may vary, has no cash-redemption value, and is not separately returnable. One gift is included with each three-vehicle set or may be purchased with a smaller order.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete, deliverable address and reviewing their confirmation email for order details.
